Biostimulants, liquid nutrients and crop performance
Agro-100 agro-liquids combine biostimulants and liquid nutrients to promote the absorption of one or more micronutrients essential to the plant. This synergy helps effectively combat and prevent nutrient deficiency while supporting overall crop performance and helping crops reach their full yield potential.
Oligo Prime® technology is part of this approach by stimulating the plant’s natural defense mechanisms against abiotic stress. It improves nutrient absorption and mobility while helping the plant respond better to unfavorable conditions. Each liquid nutrient therefore works as part of a more effective nutrition strategy.
Foliar fertilization complements this strategy by allowing nutrients to be absorbed directly through the leaves. Used as a foliar fertilizer, this type of application is particularly useful for bypassing certain soil lockups, effectively treating micronutrient deficiencies, and delivering less mobile elements, such as calcium, directly where they are needed.
This approach also helps the plant better cope with herbicide stress. The addition of secondary metabolites to Oligo Prime® technology helps reduce the negative impact of herbicide-related stress on photosynthesis while strengthening the plant’s natural defense mechanisms.
« First, it improves nutrient efficiency. We make sure nutrients are transported to where the plant needs them. Then, it helps reduce the effects of abiotic stress on plants, such as a sudden climate change, drought, flooding, or herbicide application. If we can reduce the impact of that negative stress, we gain at the end of the season. Our research showed that while it is present on the plant, an herbicide can reduce its photosynthesis rate by 50%. »

Yes. Oligo Prime® is a technology that stimulates the plant’s natural defense mechanisms against abiotic stress. It also helps reduce the negative impact of herbicide-related stress on photosynthesis.
Yes. Agro-100 documents indicate substantially higher yield increases with Oligo Prime® and report that the gains observed were sufficient to cover the cost of the technology in 88% of cases.
