Water uptake and circulation in plants are closely related to leaf transpiration.<\/p>\n<p>It is well established that basal and middle leaves transpire more than young leaves and fruit. These leaves therefore absorb the most calcium.<\/p>\n<p>Because it is immobile, once calcium is located and fixed in the oldest tissues, it cannot be redistributed to young leaves, fruit or storage organs. This leads to <strong>tip burn on growing points, blossom-end rot on fruit, and brown centre and hollow heart in tubers<\/strong>, which occur during strong growth spurts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fadc716 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" water accumulation.<\/p>\n<p>Some crops are more sensitive than others to calcium deficiency and require <strong>regular preventive foliar calcium and vegetables well supplied with calcium are firmer, less likely to be attacked by diseases and keep much longer.<\/p>\n<p>For all these reasons, <strong>regular, well-targeted foliar applications of a calcium foliar fertilizer are crucial to reduce losses and increase crop quality.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element in solution on the leaf longer without being washed off, making it easier for it to penetrate the plant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00f3ma is specially designed to prevent and correct nutritional imbalances
